B.U. Place Apartment is located on Rachadapisek (or Asoke-Dindaeng) Road which can easily access major expressways, Ramintra Rama IX, Dindaeng-Bangna, Donmuang Tollway.

Direction Guide

1) From Dindaeng Bangna Express Way.
  • Exit the express way at Rama IX, Rachadapisek.
  • Go straight. You will pass MCOT intersection and Fortune Hotel.
  • Take a left turn to a narrow road, Soi Rachadapisek III (or Soi Chinese Embassy).
  • Go straight, then make a left turn at the end of the road.
  • Go straight again until the end of the road and then turn right.
  • Keep driving about 80 metres. B.U. Place is on your right side
2) From Rachadapisek Road and Asoke Road.
  • Start from Fortune Hotel/ Lotus Supercenter Rachadapisek.
  • After passing Lotus Supercenter, keep left.Beyond the passenger flyover, take a left turn to a narrow road.
  • Soi Rachadapisek III (or Soi Chinese Embassy).
  • Go straight until the end of the road and then make a left turn.
  • Go straight again until the end of the road and then turn right.

1. How far from Suvarnabhumi Airport to B.U. Place?
It takes only 40 minutes drive if you take New Bangkok – Chonburi expressway to Srirat expressway for exit at Rama 9 tool gate to continue further along Asoke – Dindaeng Road.

2. What is the nearest M.R.T. (Subway) Station?
Phra Ram 9 Station is the closest station to B.U. Place. It will take 5 minutes by taxi.

3. How efficient is the security system at B.U. Place?
The security system at our apartment is one of the best in Thailand. We have security guards on duty 24 hours a day. We also use key cards plus closed circuit TV on every floor to ensure safety of our residents.

4. Is the concierge service available 24 hours?
Yes. Our concierge staffs are ready to serve you around the clock. All concierge staff are able to speak fluently English and Japanese. They can assist you in just everything from giving travel information to calling a local doctor.

5. Is there cable TV or satellite TV at B.U. Place?
Yes. Our satellite TV provides a variety of English programs for your entertainment. BCC, Discovery, Star world etc, are available. There are also TV channels available in Japanese, Korean and Chinese languages.

6. Does the rental rate include breakfast?
Normally, we do not include breakfast in our package. However, we can arrange breakfast as room service order. You need to inform us 1 day in advance. The charge for breakfast per person is 150 baht.

7. What are shopping centers near B.U. Place?
The shopping centers nearby include Tesco Lotus Super Center, Esplanade complex, Carrefour Super Center, Robinson Department Store, and Jusco Department Store. All these shopping places are only 5-minutes drive from our apartment.

8. Is there any entertainment complex around B.U.Place ?
Esplanade complex is nearest entertainment complex on Ratchadapisek Road with includes 12 theatres , a 22 lane Blu-O Rhythm & Bowl bowling and aSub Zero Ice-Skating. You can use M.R.T. at Phra Ram 9 and exit Thailand Cultural Centre just one stop.

9. Can I have a direct telephone line for my room?
Yes, you can have your own direct telephone line. However, you need to pay 1,000 baht for service rate plus outside calling charges.

10. Is there any laundry service available at B.U. Place?
Yes. We offer you laundry service. The service includes regular laundry and dry clean. Your clothes will be returned at 5 p.m. on the next day.

11. Is there any airport transfer service available?
Yes. We can arrange airport pick-up or drop-off from the airport. The charge per trip is 900 baht and you need to reserve for this service a day in advance.

12. Does the apartment provide electronic appliances for rent?
Yes. You can choose from a number of electronic appliances including VDO, 21" TV, refrigerator, safety box, microwave oven, and washing machine. The rental rate costs 700 baht per item per month.

13. Is there a balcony?
Yes. At B.U. Place, we designed each unit to give you a relaxing atmosphere. Each unit has a balcony that is wide enough for residents to use that area for your private relaxation. You can move your table to enjoy to magnificent view of Bangkok.

14. How does Oriental Deluxe differ from Landmark Deluxe?
Although these 2 types of room have the same size (72 square meters), the key difference is the size of living room and bedroom. While the living room of Oriental Deluxe is larger than its bedroom, the bedroom of Landmark Deluxe is bigger than its living room. You can choose the room according to your need.

15. How different between Royal Suite and Diamond Suite?
Since Royal Suite is sited in the corner of the building, you can get more benefit from natural light, which will make your room brighter and have better ventilation. There are 2 bedrooms for Royal Suite type, all of which have window for better ventilation and there are 2 bathrooms; one with baht tub and one with shower. While Royal Suite units are sited in the 6th-21st floor, Diamond Suite rooms are sited only in the 19th-21st floor. Another difference is that both bathrooms in Royal Suite have bath tub.

16. Is there limitation for the number of residents?
Yes.
2 residents for the 42-squaremeters unit.
3 residents for the 72-squaremeters unit.
4 residents for the 85-squaremeters unit.
Extra bed will be charged at 500 baht per night
Baby cost will be changed at 300 baht per night
