  2. Booking fee of 10,000 Baht is required to guarantee the booking.
  3. After the payment of booking fee has been made, a booking ID will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy
  1. If notification of cancellation is received after payment has been made, a credit card processing fee of 5% will be paid.
  2. If notification of cancellation is received within less than 3 working days (Holidays not included) prior to check in date, payment made is non-refundable.
  3. In the event of no-show, payment made is non-refundable.
