Term & Condition
- The booking is to be made at least 3 days in advance.
- Booking fee payment should be made within 3 working days prior to check-in date to guarantee your booking. (Booking fee is equivalent to 1 night stay). We will send you a booking confirmation immediately once booking fee required is received.
- After the payment of booking fee has been made, a booking ID will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy
- If notification of cancellation is received after payment has been made, a credit card processing fee of 5% will be paid.
- If notification of cancellation is received within less than 3 working days (Holidays not included) prior to check in date, payment made is non-refundable.
- In the event of no-show, payment made is non-refundable.
