Term & Condition

Booking fee payment should be made within 1 working day prior to check-in date to guarantee your booking. (Booking fee is equivalent to 1 night stay). We will send you a booking confirmation immediately once booking fee required is received.
After the payment of booking fee has been made, a booking ID will be sent to you.
A security deposit of one day rental or credit card grantee is required.

Cancellation Policy

If notification of cancellation is received after payment has been made, a credit card processing fee of 7% will be paid.
If notification of cancellation is received within less than 3 working days (Holidays not included) prior to check in date, payment made is non-refundable.
In the event of no-show, payment made is non-refundable.
